Top Dawg Tavern - Jacksonville (Bartram Park)

Excellent service, great food! I've had lunch there 4 times now, 2 burgers, beer battered fish, flounder sandwich as well as one dinner made up of chicken wings and fried green beans. Food is always served hot and the staff is quite attentive. Also reserved their banquet room for a retirement party and everyone had a blast! I don't drink alcohol but the bar service everyone else received seemed to be spot on. Can I give these guys 10 stars?

It is loud, but many places here are. Plus the place was slammed. It’s nice to have a large patio under roof to sit outside as an option!! Had the house wine, good pours.
Potatoes were tasty, just need larger potatoes, they were small for the $9.5. Very attentive keeping up with basketball games and golf on multiple TV’s. Definitely going back, great for the area and I’m confident they’ll work out the kinks!! Very friendly staff!!!

Top Dawg is a new sports bar that recently opened.

We gave it a try today and have to say we think it is great.

The venue has a large indoor bar, plenty of seating, a large patio, a small dining area that can be closed off for a small group, and even a small indoor play area for kids.

The menu is pretty large and a large variety of appetizers, chicken tenders, burgers, wings, salads, sandwiches and more. On Sundays, they also offer a brunch menu.

On this trip I tried the philly cheese steak with onion rings. My wife ordered the Southern BLT, which is a croissant topped with bacon, pimento cheese, lettuce and fried green tomatoes with a side of fries. Both sandwiches were delicious, but we both agreed the BLT was the better of the two items since it was so unique.

We visited on a Sunday morning and the place was packed, however we were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

This is definitely a welcomed addition to the area and we will definitely be back often. I’m sure this place will become a favorite of the local neighborhoods.

Great new restaurant opening on Old St. Augustine road. Can’t wait to see how they grow! Only been open for a few days and they have top notch trainers from their Savannah location helping. Shout out to Deja! She was amazing and needs to be in a management trainer position ASAP! Looking forward to hearing some of the live music.
Loved the Bloody Mary and lemon drop martini. Boneless hot wings were great and fried pickles hit the spot! Patio is large and great with our beautiful Florida evenings. Inside is open and trendy. So far it’s all awesome! Keep it up guys!

So happy to have this in the neighborhood! Loved the Tavern Burger with skinny fries! My wife had the Build your own salad and really liked hers too. Our server was very friendly and patient with us as we reviewed the HUGE menu. Can’t wait to go back for wing night or whiskey night!
