Hidden gem inside of Mayo Clinic. They have delicious fresh made flatbreads as well as a variety of salads and sandwiches. They also have an extensive coffee bar with smoothies! Very yummy, quick & convenient!

Been at the hospital for about a month now, I NEVER write reviews but this needs to be said. Yall need more then one "prep" person in the last month I can say atleast once or twice a week their prep person doesn't come in so there is no hot food. Their grab and go sandwiches are dry as hell but I enjoy the hot food. How can yall have 10 employees but only 1 knows how to prep. Whoever runs this place needs to cross train the whole staff so if someone doesn't show up you can still have product. I've been in the restaurant business for 20 years and every place I've ever worked has a backup plan if someone doesn't show up.

Lamb flatbread ($12), veggie flatbread ($10), and lamb shwarma ($10) were all great - the lamb flatbread was the standout dish. Expect to wait about 15 minutes for food to be ready. Bright and welcoming ambience with many grab-and-go options as well as hot food that can be ordered at the counter.
