“I'm not usually one to complain, and this store has always been my first choice, but as I am sitting inside waiting for my pizza, I am noticing things that would be health code violations. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the female cashier with long hair down to her hips (about 2 feet of hair) that was pulled back into a loose ponytail. This didn't alarm me at first since I was hopeful that she only answered the phones and built the boxes. But after about 8 minutes of being inside, her and another employee switched places so that she could start making the pizzas. Nothing against her having long hair, but if she is going to be in the food industry, it should be at least be in a braid, if not in a bun or a hair net. The second red flag I noticed was an older male delivery driver. He came in to pick up a few orders for delivery, and reached into a box that had pizza there for the employees. He then continued to eat his slice of pizza while cutting other pizzas for customers. Even placed the half eaten slice down on the line next to customer pizzas while he put those pizzas into boxes. He left the store with the slice still in his hand.”

We had a very long , rough drive from Indiana today... checked into our hotel and ordered pizza. When the pizza arrived, they had forgotten our breadsticks and tea, I called spoke with the owner Dawson... he was very professional, very apologetic, and delivered the sticks and tea to both of the families in our party personally at 10:30pm.... what more could a consumer ask for!! As a business owner myself I was very impressed and look forward to my next experience at Stoner’s in Jacksonville. “We googled Italian restaurants near me and decided to take a chance. We were a bit worried when there few cars but it was as great. The waitress was friendly and offered suggestions which were spot on. The salad was crisp and flavorful. The garlic bread was hot, garlicky, and plentiful. The baked ziti was very good. I could only eat half of it but wanted to eat more. Husbands lasagna was very good too. He had about 1/3 left so we have lunch tomorrow. More customers started coming in not long after ward. Would eat there again if we were in the area.”

“This location has always been good to us. Tonight I made an error on my end and forgot to select delivery. I called the store to see if I could pay extra and have the ordered delivered. Well, Murphy’s Law kicked in, and changing it to Delivery, deleted our rewards pizza. Leslie the manager, asked if she could sort it out and call me right back. Within two to three minutes, Leslie called me back, had it all sorted out, and delivered the order herself. That was way beyond any expectations I had. And the effort has locked us down when it comes to Pizza, Pasta, Salad etc delivery. HH is on speed dial, app is loaded and other apps are deleted. Exceptional is rare.
