Good BBQ. Had the rib platter. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress was friendly and the order came fast. The staff seemed to enjoy working there. All said, I think the manager (guy about 35) could have been more courteous to staff and professional in front of customers.

Really good. Awesome staff. It was busy but timely. Smoked wings were delicious!

I'm coming from Southern California and was looking for some good BBQ in the area and stumbled across these guys on Google. I will say the customer service was awesome, young lady was very helpful describing the menu to me, even let me taste test some meat. I wish I would had got her name to give her a shout out. I ordered a spare ribs platter and sausage link on the side and it was very good. Great portions for a great price.

Highly recommend this place and would sure come back again.

We generally always get a really great meal from this location. We always get it to go. We order the brisket meal lean cut because several times when we didn’t mention lean cut half the protein was just big hunks of fat. No one wants a big mouthful of just fat. It was very disgusting. So make sure and order lean cut. 1 other reason we rated a 4 instead of a 5. They started serving every Monday a side called sweet potato mash. It was the best sweet potato mash we have ever eaten. Then all of a sudden they stated they were no longer carrying on of our favorite side items. We were eating there every Monday just for this side. It was very disappointing they no longer make it. I know it was very popular because many of our friends were ordering it also on our recommendation. Please bring that side back.

One of the better chains of fast food barbecue in Jacksonville Florida. This one is in Atlantic beach about a mile or two from the water. It’s a very good location that is convenient and the parking is not an issue.

Service was good and is consistent with other Bono’s in the area. Restaurant was was very clean and the wait staff were great.
