Arby's

Gave it a 4 Star, No Lobby open. Staff polite, window cashier very nice. Food was hot & fresh.

Well the reason why I left a 2 star and I do say that was a little bit harsh but the food is great but the manager tonight he left something out of my order I sat there in the parking lot for 15 minutes while I waited until somebody walked out I asked about it And then the Item he left out finally came out he brought it out and I think he was very smug...... He offered to make me new food but by then I would have been sitting there for a 1/2 hour waiting for my food That's why I did leave the 2 star mark I think the manager needs go back to restaurant management school sorry but that's how I feel that's my opinion

Been hitting Arby's up more and more... just a good variety of eats. Kinda get tired of burgers and fries. Lol... the turkey gyro (i get it without seasoning) is good, and the ruben is quite tasty.

Love the Ruben and my wife loves the roast beef. I worked on restaurant equipment for years and Arby's kitchens are the cleanest. The people are good, service is great. Parking is adequate.

I had to pull over in the parking lot of the Arby's to write this review.
This has to be the most considerate Arby's! Alma noticed my name tag on my shirt and called me by name when I arrived at the window. She was pleasant, personable, and genuine! I'm in the customer service industry too and its nice to experience the level of professionalism that she possesses. Thank you Alma!
