Brother's BBQ

Not what was expected... We went there at opening, there was several regulars there already, we orders two combo platters to taste everything... In short, the ribs on both were crunchy dried(like leftovers) no excuse, the brisket was mostly FAT and the was no smoke flavor , the pulled pork was very dry, and the chicken was cold... I can only say we drove from nearly Ferry pass to get this food after research on the web, and the best thing I could say about it was the Texas Toast was yummy... I said I'd give it another try during mid day, and not opening and try maybe just the ribs... Sorry, that's not what we thought. But he's was a little better.

First time to try this place & it wasn't disappointing. Grab food for take out & thoroughly enjoyed it all. Great beans & potato salad. Will definitely go again.

Quoted from my mom while we were there, "These are the meatiest ribs", and "Those were the best ribs I've ever had" :) We were driving past and thought we'd give it a try and we were so glad we did. This was the best BBQ we had on our Alabama road trip. Staff were super polite and helpful! And ALL the food in our group of 5 was so delicious! I would highly recommend!

One combo meal was enough for my wife and me. The brisket, the ribs and the pulled pork were phenomenal. The chicken was good. The collard greens tasted like the greens were picked today. Thanks Angel, for the suggestions.
