Carrabba's Italian Grill

Travis, the owner is awesome. We called about catering for our wedding and so far he has gone above and beyond. He had us come in for a taste testing two days after we first spoke. He was more than accommodating the entire time we were there. We were very impressed with his hospitality, knowledge, demeanor, and flexibility. We will absolutely be using Carrabba's Italian Grill in Pensacola for our wedding and we couldn't be more reassured knowing that Travis will be taking care of us. Highly recommend.

From the moment we used call ahead seating, until we left the restaurant, service was AMAZING! Very courteous, attentive, and spot on. The quality of our food was also very impressive. This was a great way for us to spend our Anniversary! Thank you to the entire staff and management team!! 👍❤

The food was great and the service was perfect. A young man by the name of Brandon did his thing by given my date and I great customer service experience. I recommend this restaurant. The location is on 9th Avenue in Pensacola fl.

I didn’t even know this was a chain restaurant until I went to write the review and that’s a good thing! We DoorDashed from here. My lobster ravioli was delicious. I love the buttery white wine sauce that it comes with. The fresh bread was great but instead of butter, you get olive oil. We also ordered the meatballs and sauce for an appetizer and the meatballs were probably the one disappointing thing about the meal. It wasn’t the flavor but the texture of the meat itself was very distasteful. Other then that my partner enjoyed his rigatoni and the salads we got were nicely portioned and fresh. I will definitely be dining in soon! Great food.
