    This location in Pensacola, FL is a great example for all others. Great food, friendly staff and they know how to move that waiting line as they are fast and efficient.
    I just wish we could get the same service and food in the Crestview, FL location (near the interstate). Have had stomach issues eating there as I'm not sure they are changing their frying oil as often as they should.

    Service was amazing! When I came in, Brady treated me like an instant friend which is something you don't see to often at fast food places. It seriously made my day that much better. Thanks Brady!

    Always good! The lines are always super long but move at a very good pace. The are very efficient at what they do! The original and best chicken sandwich.

    Right every time. Courteous, quick. Chick-fil-A has a great business model and do things right.

    Chick-fil-A used to be my only and favorite place to eat what I consider to be drive-through fast food. I do believe they have upped their MSG into the chicken and or the fries. That’s a shame. No longer can I enjoy what I used to really like a lot.
