We stopped here after a favorite food truck had stopped serving for the night. This restaurant surprised and surpassed all expectations. The sampler platter of oysters were flavorful and had perfect consistency. We also tried the grouper nuggets and they were cooked perfect as well. My girlfriend said that she didn't like grouper nuggets in the past and ended up eating half of mine. We also had drinks an ordered a bowl of the gumbo. These items were also delicious. The gumbo could have more of a spice kick but that is personal preference, so I don't hold that against them. The service was impressive and we were checked on the exact right amount of times at the exact right time. This is a new favorite spot. This was such a wonderful experience that we forgot we actually came out for something different. Definitely going back.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Deluna's Hideout Oyster Bar and Grill. The restaurant is somewhat hidden, which could be a drawback for those unfamiliar with the area. Some additional signage might be beneficial in making it more accessible to potential patrons.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was decent, although we were unable to experience the outdoor seating due to the cold weather. From what we could see, it appeared to be a nice setup that would be enjoyable during warmer months.

Our group was quite large, and while our server was friendly, we did experience a considerable wait for our food. It seemed there may have been some issues in the kitchen causing the delay. Our server did her best to keep us updated, but the wait was longer than we would have liked.

When the food finally arrived, it was generally good. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, although not exceptionally so. The quality was satisfactory, but not outstanding.

In summary, our experience at Deluna's Hideout Oyster Bar and Grill was average. While the service was friendly and the food was decent, the long wait time and hidden location were drawbacks. It's a place worth trying if you're in the area, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to dine there again.

A little seafood restaurant near the Pace bridge!🍤🦪🦀

The name doesn’t have the word “hideout” in it for nothing. You have to find the space by navigating off the main road.

Atmosphere: The restaurant is hidden in a small area surrounded by trees, water, and boats! It’s really peaceful and nice to sit at their outside dining area.
Service: The service was a little slow when we went, but it could have been because they were understaffed that day!
Menu items: I got their grilled shrimp with French fries and broccoli. The food was good, but it’s not my most favorite seafood spot in Pensacola.

I’d still come back to try some other menu items and to enjoy the atmosphere again!

Hey y’all best mahi tacos ever! They get the process down of actually blackening the fish and not just sprinkling the blackening spice on there. The Wow sauce gives it in a nice blend of creamy, spicy, and a tiny sweet punch to balance the flavors with the cabbage crunch. Don’t even want to share because it’s great everything atmosphere, service, and the food super fabulous and tasty 😋 Save me a table before everyone ends up here! Ps they have live music on the weekends so you may want to plan to get a good spot 🥰

The last time I visited they were getting ready to do some major remodeling projects on the exterior to make it more accessible for boaters. Everything looks so open and clean, really great job. And the patio area is soo inviting with games to play and cozy seating areas.
We had beautiful Jada as our server, she was soo sweet and very patient as we asked a thousand questions. My friend Christine and I decided to start off with the Grouper bites as our appetizer. They were hot and crispy, the coating on them was perfect. Could have used a touch more seasoning but otherwise they delicious. We both decided on the special, Mahi Mahi with fried oysters. I chose a side salad and fries with my dish, the fish blackened. Again, everything was hot and fresh, the fries were a bit salty, but I really enjoyed everything overall. Jada was soo attentive and friendly, we really enjoyed talking to her. All in all, I'm glad we stopped by for lunch and I definitely recommend you stop by as well!
