Firehouse Subs New Warrington

We ordered from the online app. The app itself is very annoying. Then for pick-up it says to go to a particular location & look for the sign, but there's no sign. We pulled into the drive-thru & thought we could pick up there. NO! We had to back out of the lane & luckily no one was behind us. We parked in a regular space & had to go inside for our food. Corporate needs to adjust it's website to locations. We still had to wait for one of the sandwiches even though it was past the pickup time. As for the food itself, the subs & mac&cheese were wonderful. The menu is limited, but the quality is excellent.

This particular firehouse has service that never fails to impress. Staff is professional and courteous at all times. Food is always made to perfection and the freshest tasting of any fire houses I have been too. Good job!

I absolutely love Firehouse Subs. But after going to this one for 4+ years I'm done with this location. How hard is it to make a sub with NO VEGETABLES? I read the menu, say exactly what I want removed and it's never right. They even added olives to the Cajun Chicken, olives don't even come on it. Or a cajun chicken with literally just the chicken and bread.

I still love the company and their purpose but this location must be just a group of friends or something because it's NEVER correct.
