Very good Italian Food. Well worth the 9 hour drive. Franco personally walks the dining room making sure all is well. 10/10.

Has been opened since 1999 and apparently hasn't changed its menu at all. It has a certain charm but is not a date night spot. Very family old school. I didn't want to complain about my food to my husband, but when he asked if it was okay I said sure. Then realized I had added red pepper flakes Parmesan cheese and lemon from my water to the garlic pasta to give it some flavor. I want to like this place but I really think they need to update their menu. Times have changed and I would like to see fresh parsley and taste more garlic.

Francis is one of my favorite places to eat. Fantastic authentic family food, friendly service, and family owned and operated. A hidden gem in pensacola.

I’m from out of town and chose here because McGuires was packed. Really glad we did! Authentic Italian food and was absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff, great service, and local owned for 20+ years. Very quaint atmosphere. A+++

Here for work. Only place so far that I've walked out with less than a $15 check. Got a shrimp salad and it was good. Plenty of shrimp, not the biggest, but good value for your money.

Service was 6 star. Refilled my drink when it was half full. Asked me if I wanted dessert halfway through my entree, I did not, so she brought me my check. I had my change right when I finished my meal. Super pleasant waitstaff.
