George Bistro + Bar

This was an amazing restaurant experience. The service was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the many different menu options. Took my wife out for a romantic dinner away from the kids and the atmosphere here served for a great experience. We ordered the meat and cheese board which was a great appetizer, I did have a little buyers remorse as I saw all the George's fries being delivered to the tables around me but I don't think you can order a bad dish. For dinner I had the ribeye and my wife had the Alfredo. Both dishes were amazing and we had no complaints about either of them.

Absolutely a fun place to go, cute restaurant felt very Southern reminded me of my grandmother's house right down to the glasses we drank out of. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. Very thought out the flavors and yummy really good experience. Wish I would have gotten more.

We went her on our way back to the airport for lunch. And the only reason we went here is because it's the name of our favorite bar in Houston, Texas. But I have to tell you, if I'm in Pensacola again I will stop here! This place was amazing! Super friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating, and I absolutely loved the environment / ambience. And not to mention the food! It's obvious the bartenders know what they're doing and the cocktails were great! And the food was absolutely divine. I highly recommend!

Brunch was excellent!! The French toast is not overly sweet with a HUGE portion given. The savory bread pudding is super good. The seafood omelette is just okay, with not much seafood in it. Fries are seasoned and crunchy! Drinks here are crafted well and the service is excellent. If I vacation in Pensacola again, we’ll be returning!

This was probably one of the top 5 restaurants we've ever been to. Food was amazing! Christina, our server was kind and a pro. We loved it! We will definitely be back.

Update: We came back again on May 25, 2021 and again were blown away. It was SO good! Every dish, filled with a wide array of amazing flavors. George, our server, was spectacular. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thought ahead on a few things we didn't think about that were clutch for us. Wow! Amazing dinner! Highly recommend!
