Mugshots Grill and Bar

Excellent food and servers. Since our visit to Pensacola we've tried to stay away from crowded restaurants and this one was the best. They are thoroughly clean and are COVID compliant. Before the dinner hours it's best to go with the kids. Will definitely go again with the family.

Our server was very warm and friendly as well as efficient. It was our first time at Mugshots and she helped us navigate the menu. My whole family ordered burgers. They all got different burgers and they were all pleasantly surprised by the soft bun, the burger, the sauces, and the fries. I chose to order the Mahi sandwich and my husband discouraged me from ordering this at a burger joint. I was very happy to see and taste it. It was more than I expected it to be. I highly recommend it. It was flavorful and juicy. We will definitely come back to Mugshots. Prices were just the icing on the cake. The meal was a value. Definitely family friendly prices.

The atmosphere is a sports bar. We were seated promptly. I appreciate their signage that states their may be delays without blaming the staff. The fried pickles were amazing. A very light batter and lightly fried so they weren't greasy. I ordered the Mac n Cheese Burger. It was so large that I couldn't fit in my mouth. Two grilled cheese sandwiches on Texas Toast served as the buns. The meat was sizeable, but came very well done so it was grey. Other meals at the table were fine, but the other burger was medium rare. And the chicken sandwich was very sauced to the point of being soggy. The comeback sauce was a hit. All in all, a selection of fun and interesting burgers that are out of the ordinary. We'll be back to try others.

First time here for an early lunch. Huge place maybe 20+ large screen TV’s; 40+ seats at the bar and tons of dining room tables. Seemed very clean and everyone working hard. Good menu items I ordered a cheeseburger on toast with extra cheese. Fries were excellent and a load of them. Only non-sugar drinks were 1 brand of diet or unsweetened tea. Zach my server was on it! The dude check on my 3-4x and great.
