Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was good. Waited over 20 minutes for my order after 10 minutes they came out and said they didn't have any breast that were mild. I ask how long she said 9 minutes unless I wanted a spicy. So I got a spicy. I had already waited around 10 minutes so figured the rest of my order was ready. So I waited 10 minutes longer to get the ŕest off my order and a spicy breast that the original should have been up by this time. A lil unorganized. This was around 11:15. Right after they opened. Why are we out of 🐔 chicken!

The food was great as usual but for some reason they have the hardest time making sure to put the SWEET HEAT SAUCE IN THE BAG no matter how hard i stress that i want. THAT sauce is half the reason i even go there

Popeyes is annoying sometimes.

ALL I LIKE is their Cajun Shrimp. So why do they advertise it but then stop selling it. WE are in Florida. Why is there no shrimp. Walmart is down the street in both directions. Again why is there no shrimp.

Hubby likes their chicken.

The food was really good, and freshly prepared. But the customer service was barely mediocre. The employee same bothered to be having to do their job. When you go to a drive-through window to pick up your food you expect the cashier to engage in polite conversation, to thank you for visiting, or to wish you a good day. Good customer service matters! I will avoid going to any place of business, but especially a fast food restaurant, that has poor customer service.

Damn good!
