Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Having grown up with Popeye's, and how amazing they were, it's hard for me to rate this business so low. I remember the way Popeye's was when their founder, Al Copeland was still with us. I gave them a 3 because their chicken is still pretty good. Everything else is sadly mediocre compared to their former operation. Some locations don't even have green beans or dirty rice?!? Al's famous biscuits were the same that you get at his finer Copeland's restaurants, but what you get now at Popeye's is a dry, poorly fabricated version. Look for better value in their app, otherwise it's a bit pricey for the overall quality.

Great food! Only disappointments is person who took my order and handed me my food obviously did not want to be at work. I work in customer service myself and understand that everyone has a bad day still disappointed.

The food is not bad. But I feel that its overpriced. They want a 10 piece meal, 2 sides, and 6 biscuits for 25.99 when its really worth 18 or 20 bucks.

Consistently excellent service. The staff is always super nice and do their jobs well. Fast service great food. Always a pleasure picking up orders here.
