This place is hands down the best restaurant I’ve tried in the entire state of Florida!!!! Best breakfast/brunch spot ever ! I didn’t take pics of our drinks, but I snapped pics of the food! It tastes even better than it looks! And it looks amazing. Seriously beautiful plating, everything tasted wonderful. We had the French toast bites and they were insanely good, hot fresh!!!! Melt right in your mouth! We also tried the boozy iced coffee and their cold brew is top notch! We walked in at 9:30 , just two of us, and were sat right away ! Our server Jesse was very friendly, attentive, and super professional!! He did excellent as well as the kitchen crew! Thank you Ruby Slipper for the wonderful dining experience and I recommend this place to anyone who can get up early enough and get down there. They started filling up around 10:00am!! Right when we were leaving. I would give 100000000 stars if possible!!!!

The food was absolutely amazing! The wait wasn't too bad at all. Very happy with everything I ate there. Not a cheap meal, but well worth the price for an absolutely stellar meal.

My three siblings, cousin and I had to wait 50 minutes to get seated here. We ordered three vanilla iced coffees and couldn’t drink more than a single sip before we asked our server kindly to get them remade. He refused to do so and brought us a simple syrup to help the drinks instead. We had to ask again to have new drinks and he was very rude in his response saying that “well do you want to order the same exact drink because that’s how it’s made.” He didn’t seem to want to serve us in the first place. He charged us 10 extra dollars after already charging us 15 dollars for the drinks. The rude server will be the reason why I probably won’t come back here again.

    EDIT
The owner of the cafe kindly messaged me and apologized on their behalf. I’m just happy the problem was solved. I should’ve taken the time to also write about how good the food was. Everything came at the same time and the dishes looked very presentable. Everything tasted amazing!

This is one of my favorite regional chains. THE place I will order any kind of Eggs Benedict, and they have an AMAZING selection. Great seasonal specials also, and always fresh.

Not the spot for a quiet, intimate conversation but still a great visit for brunch. Excellent cocktails and terrific coffee.

The friendly and efficient service, the casual New Orleans-style ambience, and the FOOD came together for a wonderful dining experience. We especially enjoyed the variety of crab cakes and the best shrimp and grits we have ever eaten. And the bacon-infused Bloody Marys! We went in mid-May and had only a 10-minute wait. But, had our wait been over an hour, it would have been worth it. Our group is planning another trip, this time to New Orleans, and we will definitely enjoy another brunch at a Ruby Slipper there!
