    My experience would have been great if I got a hot coffee instead one on ice. When I said that it was supposed to be hot, the young lady says she made it the way it was ordered. It tasted fine. I don't want to make a big stink. I would have liked to have had it hot.

    Painfully slow service...waited 20 min past our online estimated pickup. 2 employees, one making all the drinks for 8 customers while the other decided it would be a good time to mix bulk drink mixes.

    Definitely get the caramel frappuccino with the caramel crunch topping and the cookies crumble topping blended in and on top...
