Thai Street Food By Chef Eddy

Today is the first time my wife and I tried Chef Eddys Thai, I cant believe we waiting this long. This qualifies as NLS (next level stuff), its that good. We ordered with Uber eats and it came quickly and packaged perfectly and we got exactly what we ordered. We had the veggie egg rolls, Green Curry w/chicken, Pad Thai and Pineapple rice with shrimp.
This might be the best Thai food we've ever had in the entire country. I know its an over the top review but its that good.

I was running errands and this popped up on my maps. I had to stop and I got the pineapple fried rice and I added fried tofu. At their recommendation I got the Thai coffee bobba. So delicious.

I been ordering for months and month using Uber eats today I had time to visit the location, it’s a very cute red food truck the gentleman was very friendly and patient with me wanting to try something different I’m a fan of the green curry but today I had the Stir fried glass noodles with shrimps, egg, onion, broccoli, carrot, Chinese broccoli, beansprout, and green onion. It was delicious I just love this place.. I highly recommend the place..

I would rate it 4.5. The food was tasty as reviewed earlier by other local reviewers. I ordered panang curry, drunken noodles and pork rolls. All of them were adequately spiced with thai spices and condiments. I got their special thia tea too, which was also flavorful. I gave one less star since the pork rolls were thin and small for the price. However they were tasty with the provided dip. My suggestion would be for the readers of this review to preorder and pick it rather than order and stay back to eat on site, as there isn't any space near the food truck, which is situated near a gas station. If you like this review give a like and follow for more such unique finds.

I would like to formally apologize to the staff for ordering delivery only 20 minutes before close but I was craving excellent quality curry & TSF looked like the best option by far. This was a cheat meal & really didn’t want to take any chances.

Hoooooooly smokes I was so right. Gorgeous red & green curry. Perfect spice level. I chose mild expecting both to be zippy - the green is tame & the red is hotter per each pepper’s generally accepted flavor profile. Perfect. Alternate spoonfuls, exactly what I wanted. It’s very clear the ingredients are fresh upon the very first bite - the beef is tender & savory, tofu clean & springy, and vegetables cooked medium yet still crisp. Please add the option to order by the gallon.

Why can very few restaurants get it all correct? I don’t know, but respectfully, Eddy should hold his cards close because he’s got major secrets.

I feel like I won the lottery right now. Thank you so much for making my Friday night. 100% will be ordering again - way before close next time though, super sorry about that!
