Sami's Pizza

The garlic knots, salad and gyro that we ordered from here were tasty and well balanced. The pasta with (3 meatballs) left a lot to be desired. It was very bland and the sauce tasted off. (The ratio of pasta to sauce to meatballs was also off, I think having kids size meals would be great for this establishment). The meatballs were okay but not as good as one would expect from a restaurant that serves Italian foods. Taste is relative though. The ambiance seemed relaxed and people commented on how much they enjoyed their food (idk what they ordered). At first the person taking my order didn’t seem very welcoming or pleasant but it must have been a particularly stressful moment because when I came back for pickup everyone seemed a lot more hospitable and kind.

Great Pizza, big slices and pies. The iceburg lettuce salad and "homemade chicken soup" in a cup for $4 needs to be retired.

The interior is decent and very big, it can host a pretty large crowd.

This was my first time here because I was on a quick day trip in the city and someone I was with was in the mood for pizza! So I found this place through google and decided on it due to it having a high rating. I must say that I was impressed! I ordered a slice with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple. It was delicious! It was thin crust and a harder baked crust than somewhere like dominoes. I also ordered a bread knot which was rolled dough with some garlic butter sauce. It was very soft too. Amazing! The other person I was with got pizza with buffalo chicken topping and she raved over it. I would highly recommend this place. Their other selections looked good too and if I had room, I would have tried more!

I am new to the area and stopped by to grab a bite to eat. It was dinner time and there were several cars parked in front of the restaurant. I took that as a good sign. I opted to have the Lasagna dinner. It was good, not the best that I ever had, but it hit the spot. The garlic knots that came with the dinner were delicious. I will definitely try this restaurant again and try the pizza.
