Up The Creek Raw Bar

Ate here for the first time today with friends who’ve been here before. There’s indoor seating with tables for larger groups as well, then outdoor seating overlooking water with boats and birds (and plenty of signs saying to please not feed them!) I ordered the coconut shrimp basket with slaw instead of fries. My picture is my meal before I’d taken any bites so that’s the portion size. At first I was a little taken aback by the prices but when the food came, it all made sense. Not only did we all receive more food than we could eat, but also this coconut shrimp was the best seafood I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Seriously, it was so good I’ll probably be talking about it for years. And our food came so quickly too, and it was obviously fresh. Staff was quick and friendly and the views were great. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Great casual seafood place by the water with inside and outside seating. Outside seating bar faces the water. Great food and friendly staff. Everything we had was delicious. The fried mahi sandwich had a very generous portion of mahi. The conch fritters and hush puppies were excellent. The fried shrimp and the mahi tacos were both delicious. Our drinks were really good as well. Overall a great experience. Try it!

Arrived slightly after lunch on a March Sat, gave us a menu and said we could sit anywhere inside or out. You order your own meal at the counter and my drinks were at the table before I could sit down. Ordered a shrimp basket, a little pricey, but it's the beach. Food was good, hot, and fast. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Yummy yummy oysters and great fish and shrimp. Sweet potato fries were perfect. Great beers from Oyster City on draft. The view was perfect. Neat place to eat, great food, good beer, best view ever and plenty of parking!

Took a chance they were open on New Years, and they were! Really great oysters both raw and with Parmigiana. The flounder is tender and the breading is light. The fried shrimp 🦐 were huge and thin coating as well. Sweet potato fries are with the up charge for sure. The view is Awesome and sitting outside is great but being inside is pretty cool as well. Lots of great signage and gifts to enjoy. Oh yeah, leave room for the Key lime pie 🥧. We enjoyed drafts from Oyster City Brewery, try all of them. I did. Lol. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Be sure and stop in.
