African Spice Cuisine

The flavors are amazing! Loved the French Quarter chicken! We just happened upon this place while passing through the area. I would definitely come back. It is well worth the trip. The owner was fabulous and took the time to tell us about the dishes and made great suggestions.

We stopped at this little red food truck in Carrabelle and wow it was amazing! We ordered the whole fish platter. It was a huge red snapper covered in slaw and vegetables. It was crispy and hot and absolutely amazing. Don’t miss the fried plantains they are sweet and creamy on the inside and crispy and salty on the outside. This is absolutely one of the best meals we have ever had. Now we have to come back to Carrabelle just for this food. Love love love.

DEFINITELY GO NOW!! This afternoon I was looking for a good dinner preferably with seafood. After looking at menus and reviews, plus my own experiences of enjoying food from other parts of the world I figured I would give African Spice Cuisine a go. Where to start……well the whole fish meal (Snapper) was artfully presented, the fish was cooked beautifully and the skin spiced so well! Just full of flavor with a hint of heat! The house slaw that covered it was flavorful, healthy and just damn good! I got my granddaughter the kids chicken fingers with fries and was surprised when asked what flavor dip for the chicken fingers, I chose honey mustard and again it was fantastic! Also got a side of greens which were well cooked and were so good! We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend anyone in the area either local or traveling through give them a try as you won’t be disappointed.

The food was so good that I went back the next day for more! The healthy bowl is amazing and the smoothies are some of the best I’ve had! I would eat here every day if I lived close. If you are in the Carabelle area, you have to try it. You will not be disappointed!

So my grandson is obsessed with the Sunrise smoothie! And it's healthy and all natural - perfect for everyone. The food has always been delicious and freshly made. Don't go expecting food that's been sitting around (like the fast food places). You get exactly what you order exactly how you order it made just for you. We love African Spice Cuisine!
