    The food is good, good not great and pizzas look good however I have one huge issue, THE FOOD IS LEFT OUT AND NOT COVERED. how does any inspector or those who set specific food guidelines think this is okay? FLIES were on the pizza, the noodles were hard from being exposed to air. I mean they could have a great place here but yet again one simple solution is causing it to have bad ratings. That plastic shield is not covering the food. Such a simple fix. Please do something!
