Fat Belly's

Went for lunch and got the chicken sandwich, grilled. Chicken was good, so was the potato salad. Our waitress was very nice and the service was fast. Good place to eat for a quick lunch!

Amazing little restaurant in an adorable historic town. Stopped in for breakfast at 5am and everyone was friendly and attentive. Everything made quickly and fresh to order. The food was probably one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Good coffee too. Parking lot is big enough to drive around with a truck and trailer and pull right out afterwards.
Definitely get a couple pancakes ???? no matter what time you visit.

After taking a trip to Publix to stock up our fridge in the cabin we are staying in, we stopped here for lunch. This is pretty much the only restaurant in the little town of White Springs. We were able to quickly seat ourselves and were greeted by our server shortly thereafter. She was attentive and friendly the entire time. I don't remember her name unfortunately. The decor is eclectic and the place has a definite local, country vibe.

I decided to try the catfish sandwich with a side of buttered grits with cheese. After a short wait, the food came out nice and hot. The grits were tasty and had a generous amount of shredded cheese on the top. I enjoyed my sandwich as well. It had two large pieces of fried catfish. The batter was tasty and it wasn't overly greasy. I could only finish half because it was a big sandwich.

The menu is pretty simple, but there's still a good selection so you should be able to find something to try. I'd recommend stopping in for a good meal and good hospitality if you're in the area.

I had the pork and smoked chicken combo meal and it was great; more food than what I could eat. My husband had the catfish and chicken strip combo and wasn't impressed. Waitresses were great.
