Chop Block Grill

Had dinner tonight as they are recovering from closing for covid and they did a great job. While the kitchen was a little flow everything that we are was spot-on. Steaks from Carlisle's were very tasty. Potatoes were good whether roasted with herbs, fried in wafers or baked whole. Somehow they made the asparagus smokey and the broccoli was so fresh and delicious. I do wish the desserts were made in hose, but at least they were good. Brooksville is growing up!

1st time there and it was very good. Ordered the chicken BLT and peppers was put on it and they took care and replaced it plus took off the bill. They even had a sauce on the side I didn't think I would like and it was very good. Will definitely go again!

Absolutely love Chop Block Grill. The owners really care about your entire dining experience. They created the perfect ambience by taking the time and building out their restaurant to their specifications. They offer high quality meat and seafood dishes and make sure every guest has a great experience. They are the best place to have dinner in Brooksville.

Six of us had dinner and we all had great meals! The decor was lovely and the service was very good. The menu has a good variety and the prices were reasonable. We would eat there again.

This is the only place in Brooksville that seems to get fresh seafood right. I have tried something different just about every time I have visited and am yet to dislike anything. I've tried many of the businesses that have occupied this building over the course of the last 9 years and food wise this place is my favorite. They have quite a variety on the menu and for what you get the prices are extremely reasonable. Ask for John he always takes fantastic care of his customers.
