Prime 88

Went here last night for my husbands birthday. The atmosphere and service are phenomenal! Kevin was our server and would highly recommend him. The steak & dessert were amazing. Our only complaint is the craft cocktails were too strong but for others that may be their preference. Will definitely return. It is so nice to have a local fine dining place instead of the chain options in Tampa.

Prime 88. Truly an upscale dining experience. Took my wife for her birthday. Best thing I've done on a while. From the time you enter its an unbelievable dining treat. Professional bar staff make wonderful cocktails that are world class. Once seated the wait staff takes your taste buds into bliss explaining their menu. Our server Anna was perfect at making our night. The food was prepared and served to perfection. The food presentation was amazing.Even met the general manager, Brian. Great guys. Even the interior was amazing. Don't usually write reviews but felt compelled. Thank you Prime 88 for everything. No need to drive to Tampa for upscale dining. Just WOW !!!!!

Decor and atmosphere is awesome, such a nice change for around Hernando county. Honestly so refreshing to have something better and different up here. Food was great, I thought the portions were perfect. Cocktail was made really well. For two people the price is really not bad at all for a 3 course. I'll definitely be back 👍

First time dining here. We were six adults with six different entree orders. No complaints everything was cooked to order, very good presentation and excellent quantities. Very good wine list. Excellent dessert and specialty coffees. We will be back. So nice to not have to drive to Tampa for a good meal.

What an amazing night at Prime 88. We were a party of 6 of old friends that haven’t seen each other in forever. We were seated in a private room. Our server was amazing (she told us her name and I’m so so sorry that I can’t remember). She was absolutely on top of her game. Drinks were always plentiful. Food came out fast. Everything was delicious. We’ll be back.

Only draw back… we came in and passed the dress code notice. We were behind a man in a dirty ball cap. He was allowed to come in like that. Business is business, and I get that. However, rules are rules, and they should be adhered to.
