Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. Matt from corporate was there and was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried the garlic cheese bread, make your own pizza, and the wood fired apple pie for dessert. All of them were served hot, fresh, and quick. They have a cool beer tap wall that I look forward to trying next time. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend people giving this place a try for themselves. I hope to be back soon.

This was the BEST pizza I've ever had. I got the San Martin, it was good! My husband got the meat pizza and he loved it so much he ordered another one. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and mixed drinks on tap. You pay per oz you pour, it's really interesting. Definitely the best pizza in Hernando county and a fun atmosphere.

Everyone in our group said their Pizza was very good. We all tried different pizzas. Well worth it.
The place is very nice. Employees were very nice, and extremely busy.
We sat at an indoor table by the door and it is very awkward when the line of patrons hover over your table. The other thing we witnessed was if some had the craft beer they had to get back on the line to pay. They need a separate line to pay for the beer so it doesn't deter the patrons, and cut down the lines. Suggestion, have waitresses take orders to cut down on the lines and wait time. It is difficult for them to find the table number with a crowded place.
Being a new place I am sure they would love patron suggestions.
P.S. as I am writing this review we witnessed 5 groups leave when they saw the line.

This place is amazing !!! Owners are outstanding… came around to all the tables AND were also making pizzas. Beer selection outstanding! Had such a fun time:) garage door … TVs … lightning game on … excellent atmosphere!!! Pizza was amazing… customized my Buffalo chicken pizza.. will definitely be back asap !

I tasted every flavor of the ingredients on my pizza! I did not get over/under sauced, and with pizza that is important. A delightful experience for the taste buds to say the least! The wall of beer and wine is so fun, and there are great brews to try!
The staff were friendly and worked quickly to feed the masses. Quickly becoming a new favorite spot for us.
