Good was delicious and fresh. I got a nunber nine meal and the fries were actually freshly made just like i had asked for. Service was exceptional

Usually this location is great. The last time we visited, however, we had a big problem.
We put in a mobile order as usual and pulled through to get it. The older lady at the window not only argued with us, she raised her voice and shouted that we got "exactly what we ordered" when we were missing items.
The manager came over when the employee started to get loud and looked at the order on the phone and had no problem resolving the situation. Apparently the coupon on the app was different than what was sent to them in- store.
Misunderstandings are going to happen and that's fine. Orders are going to be wrong sometimes, and that's okay.
What i didn't appreciate was grandma's bad attitude and elevated tone. Calm down, granny, they're just cheeseburgers.

Delicious food, fast service, friendly staff--you really can't ask for more! It's always a pleasure dealing with Amanda. She's a real sweetheart and you can tell she's very customer oriented. I gave up on this location for awhile due to the lack of customer service but I'm glad I gave it another chance. Amanda sets the bar higher than most on customer satisfaction and the effort doesn't go unrecognized. Thank you for the positive experience.

Always a treat to go to this establishment. There is always a great selection, and always a happy staff member that is ready to take care of your customer service needs. A good atmosphere as well as an amazing time. These are actually no true words that can really give a good description. It has always been a pleasant place to be.

The customer service I received and also observed from one of their employees, Mason, was absolutely excellent. I've lived in FL since August and this is hands down the BEST customer service I have received and observed at any restaurant since moving to FL! I would go out of my way to come here just for the service. Keep up the great work, Mason!!
