    Love LJS but this was a little greasy. Excellent A&W root beer floats.

    This was our first visit to this location. I read the negative reviews and almost did not go. However, my husband stopped and and got a carry out order (Tuesday October 23, 2018). The young woman who took his order was efficient and pleasant and even helped with extra napkins. The 2 fish dinners were perfect AND delicious. Perfectly prepared fish - firm and delicious fish and crispy, flavorful crust! Not overdone as at other restaurants. Hush puppies cooked well and had great flavor - not bland. And I loved the slaw! So sorry for the bad reviews and those who had negative experience. We were VERY pleased and will return! On a fixed income, we don’t eat out a lot and this is an excellent change from burgers at a VERY affordable price. ???????????????????? for food, price and service!
