El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant

My family and I always have a delicious meal here! Food is prepared fresh with quality ingredients. The owner is personable and attentive and his wife makes the absolute best flan you'll ever eat! Hands down the best Mexican food in the Spring Hill area. We can't forget our awesome and efficient server.... Shirley!!
5 star food and service!

I've never been disappointed by anything that I've ordered here. As can be the thing with Mexican food, it all tastes the same. however here, fajitas taste like fajitas burritos are like a burrito, each dish distinctively what it should be. Lunch dishes are priced and portioned appropriately and served in a timely manner which is great for a quick lunch. I cannot give an opinion on the dinner menu as I've only eaten there for lunch. This restaurant is individually owned and not related to other restaurants in the area with the same name. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent place to eat. My third time here and each time they did not disappoint. The volcano is absolutely delicious. It’s enough food for two or three people and well worth ordering.

We come here every time we visit family in Spring Hill. Small, modest restaurant with lovely, friendly waitstaff, food is solidly good and tasty. Not sensational, but reliable and very reasonable. A hint of Mexican decor, usually busy with locals, and you can go to Poppa Clyde’s Ice Cream over at the end of the strip mall. We never fail to visit both for a very pleasant meal and dessert.

One of the best meals I've had in a while! The wait staff was very nice, the service was fast and the food was incredible. If you are looking for a place with top notch flavor and service at a great price El Ranchito is for you! We will definitely be returning soon.
