    This is a great diner. I was just passing through and had no idea how great the food would be. The service was also excellent. I had the apple cinnamon pancakes and biscuits and gravy, pictured.

    Absolute best food in Spring Hill! That 15 bean soup is awesome! And that waitress, I think her name is Kathy. I think also she's the owner she's amazing! I don't know how she does it! I will definitely be back. Check out Kathy's Spring Hill Diner!

    Homemade desserts, great service makes this breakfast place one of my favorites. Breakfast food to me at any restaurant is about the same but friendliness, cleanliness and original recipes make my shop local not chain choice here :)

    Haven't had a bad dish here. Kathy is awesome. Chocolate chip pancakes are huge and delicious. Kid friendly place. I would highly recommend
