(March 2, 2019, 1:29 am)Amazing food, superb service, and an intimate setting make this an absolute gem! The duck confit was a highlight and the sole was perfect. Isabelle and Jan pull off fine dining without it feeling pretentious.

(February 5, 2019, 2:12 pm)My favorite place. Food is fantastic, homemade with fresh ingredients, made to order. Jan is a great chef and Isabelle his wife makes the place warm and welcome. Great fine dining restaurant for Spring Hill and Brooksville.

(December 29, 2018, 12:35 am)Wonderful, romantic atmosphere. We were in from out of town for Christmas and went here for our Christmas night dinner. Couldn't have had a more delicious meal. The owner was our server and couldn't have been more gracious. We will return on our next visit.
