Chili's Grill & Bar

Didn't get salad as ordered. Don't tell me that it can be done and then not do it as ordered. Chicken wasn't blackened or well done. Mixed greens (lettuce) wasn't right. Forgot tomatoes and cilantro. This was a pick up on the way home or else I would have returned it. Not worth 36 mile round trip to return it. Gave you another try & it didn't work out. Pretty bad seeing that we used to frequent this place a couple times a month.

Well, received two $10 gift cards from Chili's to see if they can get it right. We'll see!?!

Server was excellent, kitchen was very slow to get food out, and soda tasted like it had alcohol in it. Overall this Chili's is a hit or miss on whether visits will be enjoyable.

In my prior visit, they sat me at a table next to the window. Ants were all crawling from window area to my table. The visit prior to that, everything was perfect. It would be nice if they can get cleanliness, food quality, and service to be excellent on a regular.

Stopped with a friend for a Sat. Afternoon drink (or three). Love their tortilla chips...thin and hot. Good service. 2 for 1 drinks. Could turn into a habit.

Always great. This is daughter/daddy lunch date spot we just included grandma this time but it's always good. The daughter had the Margarita chicken, grandma had the appetizer trio and I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Buffalo chicken was a tad bit over done but still tasty. This will definitely be our date spot for many years to come hopefully.
