Faded Bistro & Beer Garden

Incredible food, atmosphere, waiters, bar, and more. Perfect location to hang out with friends and family. Food was perfect and drinks were on point.

We love The Faded Bistro! The service is always spot on as is their food! The menu is varied and they have the best veggie burger I've ever had! Everything is wonderful here including the ambiance!

Excellent food. Ordered the Pastrami Reuben which is probably the best I've had. The meat was tender and fresh with no fat and an adequate proportion , and organic.

A real gem in Highlands County! If you’re looking for a spot for a special occasion or somewhere to bring guests when visiting, you should make the stop at Faded. I really love the garden and the food is amazing! I prefer the lunch menu over the dinner menu, but you can’t go wrong with either.
Their cocktail menu is great and they always have some craft beers rotating through.

We loved the delicious food and the wonderful service. But the best thing about this restaurant is the ambiance. As we enjoyed our lunch and great conversation with friends, we were mesmerized by the colorful display of blooming flowers, a variety of brilliant butterflies, and an occasional passing red cardinal. Also, the cost was reasonable. So, can we recommend this place? Absolutely!
