Fairmount's Ale House

We came on a Friday night and our dinner was fantastic. We had a New York strip that was cooked to perfection. The green beans were fresh and delicious. Also had the mahi sandwich, lightly seasoned. DELICIOUS! The waitress we had was very knowledgeable and on top of things.

Took 13 people in for New Years eve dinner. Brandon was our server and he was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was happy with their meal. Very unusual for a group of this size. Other wait staff also checked to make sure we were happy with everything. Even had someone climb a ladder to change angle of the air con vents when we asked to have it turned down because we were cold!

What a disappointment after New Year's! Took 11 people prior to play. They knew when we made reservation we needed to be a out by 7. Reservation was at 5. One lady never got her food. Only a couple were as ordered 2 never got bills and left. Charged for meal never received. Not sure if any of us will go back!

Experience here: it wasn’t bad. Arrived at 550pm got seated around 556pm, waiter was nice but food took quite a while to come out, it came out of the kitchen to our table at 638pm. Male Manager In a white button down shirt was walking around with a drink in his hand while telling other employees what to do. My only suggestion would a little bit more speedy service, maybe a better uniform for employees to distinguish who is who, and more professional looking menus. Other than that the staff was friendly.

We went yesterday to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday (and to see for ourselves how it's was). We were a party of 4. We were there about 3 hours (we were enjoying our food, drinks, company, atmosphere, and the staff). Our waiter Chris was great, as were the other staff that came to check on us. We met one of the chefs. While I was taking pics of the artwork, another lovely lady came and told me about the local artist who had painted the artwork. The bartended was incredibly knowledgeable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will be back, as well as tell others about this great new place.
