    I had the breakfast sampler and it was delicious! My server was soooo sweet! And we came on a day and time thankfully wasn't busy! ❤

    Far from the cleanest that's for sure. As soon as you approach the front door everything is dirty looking. The door inside and out, the rug, floor, walkway. They have a horrible steak. Breakfast is good.

    Sebring IHOP is a great place to eat. The food is cooked fresh and it tastes great. It's a great place for families to eat also. Staff are very friendly and do they're best to make sure you're well taken care of.

    Food was so appetizing. The staff was very friendly and kind. Prices that are reasonable. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.
