    Excellent! Fish was fresh and tasty. Special roumalade sauce is out of this world! Service was good too. Very attentive.

    Rachel and Griffin did an absolutely fabulous job at our wedding! Speedy fast service and the food was delicious! We appreciate the hard work and dedication you two put into my wife and I’s special day! Thank you again!

    Great food, plus they have some very tasty sangria. I've been to a few other local restaurants and the sangria did not compare to Apollo's Bistro. This is where we go for all of our girls day out.

    There for a church Christmas banquet. Great room perfect set up. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was very good. New Beginnings Fellowship Ruskin.

    A very cozy location just off of Apollo Beach Blvd. Quiet & comfortable with a good selection of food. I had the Hawaiian chicken salad sandwich for lunch. This was a refreshing, tasty sandwich. I also enjoyed the pictures of birds on the wall, you can even purchase them if you choose. Stop by, the service is good & so is the food!
