DQ food and a great staff I've been coming here since college a Brandon mainstay

Good food. Good ice cream and sundaes. When it comes to employees and service. It all depends whose there at the time.

Never any thing super I can say or tell just pretty blah and dead to meal and service.

The owner /head manager white lady with black hair and multiple tattoos the worst and just as bad as the employees are.

She dosen't make anything there better. Only makes worse when present

They need to be taken over by corporate and not be independent to fix there ailments

But..

Good food, good sundaes, good ice cream.

All else needs fixing

This place needs remodeled to fit the needs of servicing DQ customers. A residential sliding glass door should not be acceptable. They did not have the “new blizzards” the parent franchise emailed. On a positive note they have a nice outdoor seating area. The parking lot has ample space. Their staff is very friendly.
