Annie Tea House

This is one of my new favorite places. I love the house milk tea and my daughter loves the strawberry smoothie. The prices are reasonable. We come every Sunday, and the atmosphere is lovely. The drinks are delicious. Today we ordered the shrimp fried rice and it is the best I've ever had. I adore it here and hope they do well and stay for years.

I had a lovely experience! I went and straight away I could not stop taking photos in there! It was so pretty and the staff was very kind! I also tried taro milk tea for the first time there and honestly it was bomb! Can’t wait to come back! :D

Amazing service. We have ordered here at least 15 times in the past few months and the boba always tastes like it was made with high quality ingredients. They offer a reward system that is not overly complex to understand and make it easy to want to come back and fill the card up. (Buy 10 get 1 free)

This is easily the best Boba tea we've found in Brandon, Florida. We haven't even had the food yet but I'm sure one of these days we will remember to try some!

This is the best boba shop in the area, and definitely one of my new favorites! Everyone is very welcoming and sweet, and the food and drink I got was super good. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone who wants to study, hang out, or just have some alone time!

Love the atmosphere of this store. I’m a college student and I would typically go to little cafes and tea houses to do my homework but with the pandemic going on I’ve had to put that on pause. However, every once in a while I treat myself to one and this place might just be my new go-to. The place is peaceful and relaxing, the people are very friendly and welcoming, and the food and drinks are top notch. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to get their mind of things or to just enjoy a nice drink or meal!
