Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service was excellent but it took almost 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Not sure why it took so long as it wasn't very busy. The food was very good except for the ham... it was extremely dry. We would have sent it back but we didn't want to spend another 30 odd minutes waiting for a piece of ham.
One saving grace was that they do serve Mimosa's! We each had one and that did help the time pass by a bit. The people working here are very, very nice and did apologize profusely for the delay.

We finally have a Cracker Barrel in our area.
Our server Mi-Chi was deleteful and very good.
Our food was out in a timely fashion and was fresh and tasty.
I tried the new loaded sweet potato it was delicious my wife tried the new fried pork chops they too were another winner.
The store part was slightly downsized which didn't bother me but the Mrs was slightly disappointed.
All in all another Cracker Barrel you can count on for good food and friendly customer service.

Growing pains with food and service, but a beautiful facility. We have been eating at Cracker Barrel restaurants all over the country and they are one of our favorite places. Did not have a very good experience at this store. Our waitress was really trying but was overwhelmed with several tables all at once. The biggest problem was a group of four of the "Corporate Training Staff" were eating at the table adjacent to ours and were garnering all the attention. Three people were coming from the kitchen and standing there talking, it took four servers to bring out all the food that they ordered. It was a constant shuttle of people from the kitchen to that table. If this was a training exercise it should've been done after hours.They were really hampering the servers from taking care of other customers. The four top behind us had issues and had the manager over. We did not complain as we felt that it was not the servers fault. The store is beautiful! and the lobby one of the best we've seen. May go back in a few months and try again.

Good customer service, but the food was a little cold.....

We were recommended to try the new C.B. from a G.M. at a restaurant near Chicago. Today's lunch was 5 star perfect in every way. Even the tables & chairs were cleaned spotless after guests left. The G.M. stopped at our table to greet us, he's from Chicago like we are & welcomed us to Florida. We'll definitely go next week. The employees in the gift shop also talked to us. Beautiful jewelry & holiday decorations. C.B. never fails, always quality.
