(August 22, 2020, 11:18 pm)Tonight Mark created a wonderful meal for my wife and I! Words cannot describe how delicious our meal was. I gave Mark free reign in creating dinner ordering "Chef's Choice" for me, this consisted of Lobster Shrimp and Beef Tenderloin or a bed of orzo with a basil cream sauce and fresh snap peas. My wife had the Rack of Lamb and she was utterly speechless upon first bite. She rated her meal with 5 stars ?. She was grinning from ear to ear as she savored each bite. We also had the gator tail appetizer which was cooked to perfection. Once again Mark you hit this meal out of the park and anyone doesn't think they can get GREAT FOOD from a food truck/ trailer they are missing out.
