The only krystal ( Plant City ) in the tampa area where the bun is not soaked in grease and soggy. This branch needs to show the others, how its done. Nice work guys.

The best service ever was late night close to Closing and they was so great to cook everything fresh keep up the great work

Some food is okay, always pulled around to wait regardless of the amount of cars in the drive thru/parking lot. Soda machines could use some work. The carbonation is off and it tastes like a flat soda on the first sip.

Everyone was very nice, I got through quick. The manager Tim was very patient while waiting on me to decide what I wanted. They even made all my food fresh. I will definetly visit again. The customer service is the best amongst most fast food places I have been too.

For what it is (fast food), it's good. The staff are very friendly and quick and the food was hot. Those are the things that makes the difference in the fast food industry. Side note (and not the establishment's or staff's fault): The chili sucks ????
