Wendy's

I really enjoyed my dining experience there at Wendy's. Having moved to the Lakeland area, it's nice to know there is a clean well capped professionally staffed Wendy's restaurant in my area. Kudos to all of you and all of what you do thank you

Customer service is great but service is way too slow. I've always had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. And I only get half hour for lunch from work, so that definitely does not help. They need to staff the restaurant properly, especially during lunch and dinner rushes.

I come to this restaurant a lot I guess you could say I'm somewhat of a regular.. well I used to be I've had many Pleasant experience is the staff definitely nice and helpful..as for the quality of the food I may not come back due to a few encounters I have had one being the chili I ordered one night was very tasteless thin and seem to be watered down... Also on not one but two separate occasions I've ordered a salad in which a fly was inside I did get the issue taken care of right away but I'm not sure if I can bring myself to order another salad from any restaurant again
