This place is awesome and we had a really great time! The staff is wonderful, specifically Jacob who took great care of us all evening and was a lot of fun. There was plenty of wine to choose from as well as delicious beers on tap. They also had a small selection of bottled beers and white claw. We will definitely be back!
Roots is a very nice small wine and beer spot in downtown plant city. The selection of beers is seasonal and it keeps you wanting to return to try out their new selection. Wines are well priced. The service is excellent with knowledgeable staff that is friendly. The decor is rustic yet modern. The only downside is the small selection of food items to our with the wine or beer.
I love this little pub so much. The owners are really friendly and social. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. Always have something new going on and it's only getting better. Always a fresh beer/wine rotation to keep things new. Stop by.
Absolutely LOVED the beer selection. Mostly everything on menu was wonderful! The servers were great and very knowledgeable in each drink I tried. Plant city needs this kind of energy and life that quality crafted beverages bring. Surely if they keep it up, downtown plant city will become more alive. The atmosphere and style of the taproom is very very cool and unique and brings a freshness to downtown.
Roots fills a previously void niche for the downtown area, providing well-curated wines at a high quality and a good price. The menu is mostly made up of reds and provides a large selection of Californian wines with a smaller portion dedicated to other national and international selections. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting, and the atmosphere aligns with the rustic and industrial aesthetic of the city. Overall, Roots is a welcome addition the downtown area.
