Excellent food and excellent service. The waiter was so exquisite! He described all the specials in such a delicious professional manner that he could have made a grill cheese sandwich sound amazing! I had a party of 5 and the waiter took starters and entrees without writing it down and never made a mistake. Down fall is the space is tight for seating and on most nights you may need to call for a reservation spot as the restaurant is small and no alcohol is served, but you can bring your own alcohol and glasses.

Cafe Italia is a fantastic privately-owned restaurant. The chef, Franco, brings a whole new meaning to true Italian cooking. Whatever you do better come hungry there is no small portion in the house.

My husband and I just ate there tonight, the food was amazing and service was great. Be sure to take your own glasses with your wine,beer or liquor so you dont have a corking fee. We will definitely be going back.

This is a very small family owned place. I have visited Italy and the food here is very close! You are going to get close to authentic! The tables are tight together and you need to be prepared for sitting close to people and having little room between tables to walk. Oh make reservations if you want to eat dinner there on Friday or Saturday evenings. It is worth it!

Authentic and hand made pasta dishes. The passion the chef has for food is apparent in each dish. I've had, fried ravilo, and alfredo, lasagna (to die for) and marinara (I could drink!) . All amazing. Servers are kind, and friendly and attentive. Cozy atmosphere. Get a reservation. Absolutely needed. Bring your own wine and don't forget wine glasses. I'll be back for more.
