Mandola's Italian Kitchen

It was our first visit. Overall, the food was good. For me it was a bit pricey for counter service, self serve beverage, etc.. and they don't check on you. The clerk at the counter did not get my order right so both my salad and entree were incorrect. The salad had too much dressing. That's saying a lot from me since I do prefer extra dressing normally. Husband had lasagna. I had chicken picata. Both tasty. We ordered a side of meatballs to try. They were pretty good. Overall food flavor was good! If your first time visit, you might want to grab a table and look at the menu before jumping in line to order.

This place offers gluten free pasta but beware, you can't just replace the pasta in a dish because everything else with the dish has gluten in it. For example, the meatballs, the chicken is breaded in most of the dishes. The staff is not knowledgeable in gluten free ordering granted they JUST opened so they do need a lot of patience. This place has a long way to go to be a gluten free option in my book. A separate menu with safe options would do some good. Also both times I've been my family is done eating before mine arrives. Gluten free pasta take longer but not that long!.....EDIT......I increased my rating to 5 stars because the manager went above and beyond to make our visit right. I will be trying Mandola's a 3rd time soon and hope to have a much better experience ordering gluten free.

What a pleasant surprise. Fast casual Italian food in a beautiful setting. You order in line then find a table. They will stop the order line if tables are not available so don't worry about getting a table. Reasonable prices, $12-14 per plate. Desserts are yummy too. Looking forward to going again!

Very good. Lunch portions were just the correct size for us. Spaghetti was tender. Gravy was spiced correctly and the Italian sausage cooked through with spot on spice. The bread was like it should be. The dining area was clean and the service fast. The desserts in the case looked amazing, oh and the beer was cold. We will be back.

Amazing experience!! Staff and owners greeted you when you walked in. Everyone was super friendly. Even though it was super busy owner told us we could sit at the bar for service instead of waiting in the long line to order. We ordered from the kindest two bartenders. The food was amazing!! All the food was fresh, good ingredients, real Italian food. Can’t wait to go back and try more food.
