Starbucks

Been going here frequently over the years and I’ve almost always seen Monica there. Many have come and gone but Monica was always there. She got me hooked on this amazing drink that I can’t even explain and no one makes it the way Monica does. I haven’t seen her in a while but coincidentally I ran into her the other day at the Starbucks (she was off the clock) she’s a great person and the reason I drive an extra 5 minutes to go this Starbucks.

Impressive how people who order online have to wait longer then those who comes in the store. If you can manage online orders and walk in customers, don't offer this service. I have not been waiting over 10 minutes from the estimated time and have counted 8 people walk in and nothing on my order.

This Starbucks is awesome and this is my to go whenever I visit Tampa. I’ve never have had an issue until this morning I asked for an iced caramel macchiato and I was given almost like an iced coffee. I went back again and asked them about it and the same girl made me the drink and it was just bitter and tasted again like a strong iced coffee with cream and sugar :( at this point I didn’t go back but threw my coffee away, it seemed like I was being a bother when I said that my coffee tasted like iced coffee rather than iced caramel macchiato 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great service. My only complaint is that there is a gentlemen who always goes there with multiple laptops and brings a lot of outside food and items. He is very sloppy with his food and while it’s none of my business, it’s super distracting to have someone come with a bowl of Moe’s and a platter of chips and dip and wrappers all over the place..today he was cutting his nails with nail clippers 🤮🤮
