    I won't bash them because the manager was so wonderful and she corrected my chai tea. She turned a horrible situation into a more pleasant one and I truly appreciated it.

    I have grown to like Dunkin coffee but the staff just seems to have no knowledge of how to make good coffee and listening skills. They had to remake my coffee 3 times. Still like the coffee but the staff needs training. Thorough training.
