Island Jerk Shack

My six year old son is a huge fan of Jamaican food and has been begging to eat here. I'm glad he spotted it out his window because this is probably my favorite jerk chicken and jerk pork in the area. The seasoning and sauce were full of flavor, the meat was cooked perfect, and the portions were generous. There's quite a bit of outdoor seating and the service was quick. I'll be sure to come back to try the curry goat and oxtail as well.

Found this place on vacation, and will be my first place I go to when I come back to Florida. The food is delicious and believe me I have no reason to lie. The oxtails has the best gravy sauce I have ever tasted and it was so fresh ate here almost everyday I was here the jerk chicken was awesome the rice peas and the beef patty.... don’t take my word you must try this place !

I went last week and ordered 2 beef patties that they make fresh in house. They were delicious and I was lucky to get any since my 2 yo polished off one by herself and still had a couple bites of mine. I'll definitely be back to try the brown stew and the oxtails that I've heard are ah-mazing. So far this place is good, fresh, and fast. Can't ask for more...

I really can't find a single negative thing to say about my experience. Excellent service. Good food and very nice environment. Would definitely recommend people coming here. Not too bad for fast good. I will be back soon. Just wish it was all-you-can-eat buffet. That would be amazing. One best place in town happy family a happy life

OMG!! The food was amazing!! Did not expect this from... well... a shack.
My friend told me about this place and I was reluctant to try it. But, he surprised me with a meal last week; oxtails, cabbage and rice. The portions were incredible. Usually not only is an oxtail meal expensive, but most places are skimpy with the portions. Not this place.
What a hidden gem!!
The prices are good. The food is great.
Try it. You won't be disappointed.
