Food is good and worth it's price but don't try calling to place an order, they never pick up the phone in the morning, I don't know about lunch time. The male owner is really nice but his wife that's in the front can be rude at times, unless you speak Spanish then she might be nice and maybe even smile at you. Overall the food and the Cubana sandwiches are pretty good for the area.

Edited 2/14/19: issues for morning calling has been fixed. Owner got new staff in the morning that are nicer and they actually pick the phone up for people that needs to get their food in a hurry.

I've eaten Cuban sandwiches all over Tampa and this is by far the best one.

Prices are good portions are huge!!! 2 people can eat off one plate. Different hot food choices daily. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful if you're not sure what something is.

Taste was good, meat selection was poor. Rice was good (yellow) and the beams were tasty (red beans). The pork was super fresh and tender. They had just brought it out form the kitchen and it was very good. It is not your grandmother's recipe that no one can touch but good enough for lunch. The price was on the high end for lunch but not horrible. The dinning room was nice cool and clean.

Food was tasty but luke warm. Would liked to have had it hotter. I had the chicken, she had the pork. Both of us had yellow rice & black beans. People were friendly. My friend & I enjoyed our lunch.
