Swann Ave Market & Deli

There I was sitting at Bar Taco, wondering how long it takes to die from starvation. Tacos for ants. My wife and mother debating the validity of daylight savings time. Alone I walked through the valley of hunger to the promise land of Swann Ave Market. There I found the will to go on, a Ruben and a delicious road beer. Reentering the world of the living, I approached my previous table proud of my accomplishments, sufficiently sufuncified.

Excellent food and great wine selection. I love the caprese sandwich, it's fresh with tons of mozzarella and thick slices of tomato. Highly recommend!

You have to try the Godzilla sandwich. Fresh tuna in seaweed salad and coleslaw. They have the best sandwiches in Tampa. Chef Mike is a master of sandwiches.

Chef mike is whippin up some good sandwiches and after taking his recommendation and trying the Godzilla I'm hooked in it for lunch.

I've had a few of the breakfast sandwiches and I'm always happy when I leave with my tasty free cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich.

Anything on Cuban bread is great but the croissant sandwich is fantastic as well. You just can't go wrong here.

Love all the craft beer choices too. Always like to scope out if there's anything I haven't had and I was even able to find the elusive dogfish head 120 IPA here. It was a bit pricier than normal but I forked it over since I hadn't found it elsewhere.

Very good sandwiches. Love the Hyde Park. Lots of wine and beer choices, but no consumption on premises as far as I know. Prices are a bit higher than Publix, etc. for same type stuff, although the beer variety is much greater than any grocery store. Tons of craft beer oddities, which are great for a gift. Like a Total Wine as far as variety of beers.
